Alerts archive on their own. They will archive once they have been updated to reflect the changes on the pharmacy system or after 30 days for alerts that don't require changes.

Archived alerts can be viewed by either selecting the alert widget under the drop down menu on the left hand pane of the screen or hovering over the widget on the main page and clicking on the arrow in the top right corner. Once the widget loads the entire page, you will see on the top right of the screen a button to click for Archive.
